Winter Carnival - February 05-09, 2014

The Winter Carnival is organized by the Steamboat Springs Winter Sports Club (SSWSC) since it's inception 100 years ago. 10-15" of snow accumulation by Tuesday

The Steamboat Pilot says that "Steamboat residents could expect 10-15" of snow accumulation by Tuesday morning"

It seems like the last few posts have just been about the weather and ... you're right! We are excited to see so much snow so early. There is no guarantee that early snow will mean a lot of snow this winter but based on past history it's a pretty good indicator. We are so excited about the early snowfall that we are planning a quick trip in early December.
